On survole les ann\u00e9es de luttes qui en ont d\u00e9coul\u00e9 avec Pierre C\u00e9r\u00e9 qui, pendant quelque 45 ans, a tout tent\u00e9 pour faire pencher cette cause cr\u00e8ve-coeur du bon bord de la justice sociale. En fait, l\u2019Assurance-emploi n\u2019est plus qu\u2019un reflet mis\u00e9rable de ce que l\u2019Assurance-ch\u00f4mage \u00e9tait il y a une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. C\u2019\u00e9tait alors une assurance en bonne et due forme contre le ch\u00f4mage.
